Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, or Canada Post delays), processing may take up to 7 business days.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship within Canada only. Orders cannot be shipped to the United States or internationally.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (FREE)
Delivery: 4–7 business days
Available on all qualifying orders across Canada.
Express Shipping (Flat Rate: $25)
Delivery: 2–4 business days
Provides faster delivery through Canada Post Xpress.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or delays from Canada Post that are beyond our control.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure discretion.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can use this number to track your order directly through Canada Post’s tracking system.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes in provinces where restrictions apply.
All buyers must be of legal age to purchase tobacco products in their province (18 or 19+, depending on location).
A valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery.
Delays & Liability
While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, SmokerShop.ca is not responsible for delays caused by:
Postal strikes
Weather disruptions
Increased demand on Canada Post
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
